Return, Refund or Exchange
Our policy lasts for 15 days. Requests for returns, refunds, or size changes can only be made within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order.
If you find items that do not fit you when you receive them, you can request a change of size of the product within the first 15 days of receiving the product and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to make the change effectively.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size. For this reason, no money refunds are made for requesting returns for changes in size, in this case the customer's option is to request to change the size to another size of their preference and with availability in our inventories.
Conditions to accept the return for change of size:
✔The product must have all its labels.
✔Products must be unwashed.
✔Any damaged item showing signs of man-made damage will be rejected.
✔Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
✔The product cannot have perfume or unpleasant odors.
✔Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
✔Dirty, worn clothes or pieces that lack a tag will not be accepted.
✔No changes are made to products already changed.
✔Damage to the lace and hooks of the shapewear or waist trainer is not included in the warranty.
✔In the case of shapewear or waist trainer, returns are not accepted with cuts, threads, floors, without the strips or hooks and lack of accessories that the product includes.
✔We do not accept makeup stains or sweat patches
✔Change of size is only processed if there is availability in our warehouses of the size requested by the client.
✔Color change requests are not accepted
✔Star Fit VIP is not responsible for lost, stolen or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
✔Changes are not accepted in the collection of PAJAMAS OR SLEEPWEAR
The conditions at the end of this article also apply to accept the change.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for repentance of the purchase.
Returns are only accepted for change of size, if the client notifies via email 15 days after receiving the product. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with making said change.
Refund requests are only accepted for defective or damaged product.
For no other reason are money refunded after the purchase of the product.
OPTIONS FOR YOU:
1. Request an exchange for another product.
2. Apply for a store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs.
3. You can return the items to us for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
In this case, Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from "STAR FIT VIP", you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of your message, tell us your:
1. Order number
2. Telephone number
3. Photos of the defective product
4. A brief description of the problem
OPTIONS FOR YOU:
1. We resend you the new products and you can send it back to us and we cover the shipping fee if you want to return the defective items.
2. Apply for a store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of the purchase.
3. You can return the items to us and we will give you a full refund

Special condition: Product changes are made by size and color of the same reference. In case of making a reference change, it must have a price equal to or greater than the one ordered.
In the event of an exchange or refund request for a defective product or an error by our company when sending a product other than the one requested by the client. Shipping costs are the responsibility of our STAR FIT VIP.
Provided that the product meets the conditions mentioned below.
The following conditions apply to accept any refund, return or exchange:
1. Products must be unwashed. (Unless it's a fading problem)

6. Separate orders cannot be returned as one.
7. Dirty, worn or unlabeled garments will not be accepted.
8. We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.
9. We will refund you when we receive the returned items.
10. We do not refund original shipping charges.
In case of verifying that the product does not comply with the above conditions, the refund and / or return cannot be executed and the customer must pay the shipping costs incurred in an amount of $ 16 so that we can resend the product again to the address the client's.
In the event that the client does not pay the amount of $ 16 dollars, the rejected product will not be resent to the client's address. The customer has a period of 60 days from the moment of return to make the payment.
TIMES IN THE FORM OF PAYMENT - REFUND
✔ Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, you must wait 2 to 7 business days for it to be processed.
✔ For debit cards, it may take 3-10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
✔ For credit cards, it can take 3-15 business days for refunds to post to your account. (Depends on the bank)
✔ In the case of Paypal, it may take approximately 10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account.
The Return fees are deducted from your refund or charged to the customer and have a value of $ 16
